Who do we here at dkos hate the most? Is it Bush, on whom most of the rage generally settles, or is it the man behind the curtain, Rove? Or, is it (perceived) turncoat Dems, who go on Fox and make it more difficult to defeat the Republicans in the first place?
Or, do we think that the Supreme Court is where the action is, and see Scalia as the greatest threat to the Republic. Maybe it's Bush's English enabler, Tony Blair? Decide, and vote away!
First, a word on methodology. I wish there was a way to put up 10 choices, and have people rank their five least favorites in order, but as far as I know, there isn't so I am making due- if someone knows of a way to set that up, please feel free to steal this idea, because I am most interested in the results.
Second, as to the choices. I had come up with this idea yesterday, while the Armando thread was on the front page. So, I was jokingly going to include him- not because I believe he would really be hated more than any of the people on the list (although, I dare say, most of us have never been told to shut the fuck up by George Bush), but simply for a moment of light heartedness- but, out of fear that the poll would be freeped by anti-Armando types, I left him out (however, if I could have had a ranked list, he would have been on it).
I was going to put Osama bin Laden on the list, but that felt counter productive. I figured most everyone would feel the need to vote for him, making the overall results meaningless, as there would be such a small sample left voting for anyone else. Again, if I could have done a ranked list, he'd be on it, but in the current format, I left him out.
I seriously considered putting Sharon on there. I've seen plenty of posts here on dkos to give me a basis to believe numerous people do not hold him in a particularly high light. But, because (1) I am putting Lieberman on there to get a sense of where the anti-DLC feelings rank with the anti-Administration feelings, and I didn't want to be accused of anti-Semitism, or even cause something that could lead to anyone being so accused, and (2) I personally have nothing against Sharon, and it's my poll, damnit; I decided to leave him off. Again, I may have approached this different with other polling methodology, but with what I have, I felt this was best.
There were some other names I would have included (Biden, Guiliani) but for fear of diluting the list, so I left it with just this handful of names. Feel free in the comments section to rank, I am quite interested in the sense of the site, as it were.
